I have just got back from taking the kids to school and although it looked like it was going to rain I decided we would walk to school anyway.  We made it to school without any rain and just as I left school on my way home the rain started.

WOW!

You know here in South Australia we have been in a drought for the last few years and we still are, we haven’t had enough rain yet to break that drought.  But it is amazing that when we have had record heat waves and no rain for such a long time, just how great it feels to be out there walking in the rain. Everyone comes across situations from time to time when they need to get some extra cash in a hurry, whether it is a family emergency or whether you are running short on cash to pay bills, when you need money that you don’t have it isn’t a good feeling and can be quite stressful.

When in this position, you need to stay positive and be willing to take action to eliminate the need for money and you need to do it quickly.  The internet is a great way that is available for people to earn some money instead of the other option of lending money and putting yourself into debt. Well, I’m certainly not getting rich from my blogs yet but thanks to The Niche Blogger I am making some earnings which I’m quite happy about.  I have had a couple of Clickbank sales and now I’ve also had some adsense earnings too. Still only small but better than nothing and I am very confident those earnings are just going to increase in the future.

Amy has a lot of steps that I have missed in the past and some that I didn’t even know existed, such as registering for Google’s Webmaster Tools and Feedburners and all sorts of things like that.  These are things that do help you to be more successful and steps that I just wasn’t doing.  It really is amazing when you start doing these little extra steps how much difference it actually makes. I’m quite excited at the moment a I have just started month 2 with The Niche Blogger so I have another month of information to read through.  I plan to take it slow and just do one day at a time like Amy suggests.

Usually whenever I have joined paid membership sites in the past I haven’t stayed with them, but this one is definitely worth the money and I will definitely be sticking with it.  With the 2 blogs that I have been working on since starting The Niche Blogger, I have made one clickbank sale on each blog giving me a total commission last month of around $223, so needless to say I am pretty happy with my progress.
