Ok, I just thought I’d pop in and give an update on the progress of my site flipping.  The last couple of days I have been concentrating on my Guide To Dog Training website.  I have changed it around a bit and added a clickbank product and some Amazon widgets. 

I have also written and added about six articles to the site which you can view at http://www.guidetodogtraining.com/articles  so I am mainly concentrating on adding content to the site to build it up and I will also start writing some articles to submit to article directories.

My plan is to add about 30 articles to the actual site and maybe about 15 articles to article directories.  At that time I will review how the site is going in way of how much traffic it is receiving and how much if any income it is making.  If I think it is doing well enough then I will place it up for sale, if it isn’t doing well enough at that stage then I will continue to add content and do some more article marketing.

I did it again, I went and bought another website with the intent of changing it and adding to it and then selling it at a higher price. This time it is a dog training site at http://www.guidetodogtraining.com  which I picked up for $55.

My biggest problem with these sites is that some of them come with CSS and I really hate using CSS, not very good with it. This one and the Hoodia one both came with CSS so I ended up getting rid of it and changing the pages. I have kept the background and header for the dog training site but just used tables instead of CSS.

With the Hoodia site I changed the header and background as I wasn’t all that keen on the colors but kept all the content as it had quite good content.

Now I just need to stop buying websites and concentrate on getting these three or four that I already have up and running and ready to be sold. Its really just a matter now of adding more content to them to build them up a bit and do some article marketing to drive some traffic to them.

So off I go to work and I’ll keep you updated on my progress.

Article marketing is one of the most effective methods of driving traffic to your website. Article marketing is a popular marketing method due to the low or zero costs involved. By adding a backlink in the resource box of your article, the readers will be able to click it to follow it to your website. If you have a good article giving readers some good, quality information then they will want to click on your link and visit your site.

Have many backlinks to your website will also help your website to climb in the search engine rankings. So the more articles that you submit to directories the more backlinks you will be getting to your website. You may also find that if your articles are good, other website owners might publish them on their own website including the link back to your website, which increases the number of backlinks you have even more.

The more that your articles are spread around the more backlinks you are receiving and the more your article is being seen. Once your articles are submitted to directories they will be bringing you traffic for a long time to come. The more articles that you submit to directories the more traffic you will have flowing to your website.

Many Internet Marketers are using article marketing to promote their websites and their products as it really is one of the most effective methods for advertising on the internet.

If you hate writing then why not use some PLR articles which have all the information you need they just need a little changing to make them unique for submitting to articles.  This is my favourite way to create articles and takes half the time of writing them from scratch.
