My website business is still going really well and now I’ve decided to have a go at some review sites.

My first review site that I’ve just created you can view at www.businessopsreviewed.com which I am extremely happy with how it turned out.  I am going to promote this one for a little while before putting it up for sale I think and see how it does.  Although, I think really I am just a bit attached to this one and not quite ready to let it go just yet :) 

I am now working on a second review site at www.wieghtlossreview.net which I’m hoping to have finished and up for sale today.  These sites do take a little longer to create than the other sites that I usually create, however I’m hoping for a bigger selling price on these ones too.

I absolutely love the themes that I have used on these sites - although they did come at a cost, but well and truly worth it, especially when just one sale will cover the cost and then I can keep using the themes over and over again.  These themes are designed by Revolution Two and they have a membership cost for their site - with which you have access to all of their themes.  They have some amazing themes, these are the best I have come across.  So if you are looking for some great themes, these really are worth the price of their membership.

I can finally show a paypal statement that shows a good income.  I have never been a fan of people that show paypal screenshots as you never know if they are real or not, so I have never used them - mainly because I haven’t had a high enough income to show and I would not use a screenshot until I could honestly show a good income.

Ok, now I’m bragging a bit, but hey, I have worked online for 3 years now and it has taken me a while to get to this, so I’m happy and I’m bragging.  And if I can do it, anyone can do it.  Trust me, I have no university degree, there is nothing that sets me apart from the average person out there.  In fact, I’m a very shy, reserved person that has never gone out there and strived for what I want - until now of course

There are many sites online where you can sell sites that you create, or buy and resell, but I sell all of mine on Ebay.  I know Ebay are a real pain in the butt sometimes, but that’s all part of the job. The fact is that I’m earning a good income, so having to put up with Ebay is worth it.

For anyone out there that has been trying to earn an income online and just hasn’t had much luck - then don’t give up.  I didn’t and look at me now. You can do it, just believe in yourself and choose what direction to take and go for it.

I haven’t posted for a while because I have been flat out creating sites and selling them.  Honestly, this is the best thing that I have done online so far.  Finally I really am earning a full time income and in fact a much better income than if I was working a full time job.  I am working just 5 hours a day Monday to Friday and earning around $1000 every week.  You can’t ask for much more than that.

Since I’ve been creating and selling sites, I can now stay home with the kids and only work during their school hours.  The sites I am creating are being done with Wordpress - similar to my site at www.workfromhome-internetbusiness.com which is a static site but created using Wordpress.

Wordpress sites are extremely easy to create and the sites I’m doing are set up with Amazon astores and Ebay listings and RSS Feeds, so they are continually being updated automatically, helping them to rank well in search engines, and giving the new owners sites that are very easy for them to run as they don’t have to do anything to the site other than promote it.

So that is my update - if you search my username on ebay - shezzas-sites - you can check out some of my site listings and the kind of sites that I am creating.  Do a completed items search and see just how many are selling and the income that I am making.  These sites only take about an hour to create, so imagine the income potential if you spent more time on them than just 20 hours a week.

Ok, I just thought I’d pop in and give an update on the progress of my site flipping.  The last couple of days I have been concentrating on my Guide To Dog Training website.  I have changed it around a bit and added a clickbank product and some Amazon widgets. 

I have also written and added about six articles to the site which you can view at http://www.guidetodogtraining.com/articles  so I am mainly concentrating on adding content to the site to build it up and I will also start writing some articles to submit to article directories.

My plan is to add about 30 articles to the actual site and maybe about 15 articles to article directories.  At that time I will review how the site is going in way of how much traffic it is receiving and how much if any income it is making.  If I think it is doing well enough then I will place it up for sale, if it isn’t doing well enough at that stage then I will continue to add content and do some more article marketing.

I did it again, I went and bought another website with the intent of changing it and adding to it and then selling it at a higher price. This time it is a dog training site at http://www.guidetodogtraining.com  which I picked up for $55.

My biggest problem with these sites is that some of them come with CSS and I really hate using CSS, not very good with it. This one and the Hoodia one both came with CSS so I ended up getting rid of it and changing the pages. I have kept the background and header for the dog training site but just used tables instead of CSS.

With the Hoodia site I changed the header and background as I wasn’t all that keen on the colors but kept all the content as it had quite good content.

Now I just need to stop buying websites and concentrate on getting these three or four that I already have up and running and ready to be sold. Its really just a matter now of adding more content to them to build them up a bit and do some article marketing to drive some traffic to them.

So off I go to work and I’ll keep you updated on my progress.

I enjoyed selling my last site and I have decided to do a bit more of website flipping. So I have been lurking around at Digital Point forum and have come across a couple of websites up for sale.

The first site was at www.fx-gate.com  which had a BIN (buy it now) price of just $25 so I grabbed it. This is a blog about the forex trading market. I have to admit the posts on the blog I think have come from article directories, but have been done correctly in that they have left the resource links at the end of the articles.

So far I have changed the theme of this blog and added some products to it and now I plan on adding a heap more content, which will be unique content, as well as writing articles to submit to article directories. Once I build up some good traffic then I will sell the blog on Site Point hopefully for a profit.

The second site I came across was www.hoodia-pills.net  and since the site I just sold for $500 was a Hoodia site I thought I’d make an offer on this one. This one had a BIN of $150 which after a couple of days was lowered to $90 - this was when I saw it, so I sent a message to the seller offering him $80 for the site which he accepted.

I straight away changed the design of the site and added some banners and links to the Hoodia product that I was promoting through the last site. I am undecided whether to add a blog to this domain or to just keep adding to the site. I am thinking I might just add to the site and see how that goes. I will also add a heap of articles to article directories to bring traffic to the site.

So that is where I am at with my site flipping. I am really enjoying this site flipping business so I really hope that it continues to be profitable.
