Rule number three: Don’t forget to include website links in the resource box at the end of your article. Some article directories may let you include links within the article but most don’t so it is best to just put them in the resource box. Many will not allow affiliate links either so I recommend doing a redirect from your own website to the affiliate link.
Rule number four: Make your article interesting to keep the reader’s attention right to the end. Your readers aren’t going to click the link to visit your website if the article didn’t interest them, so always offer good quality information in your articles.
Rule number five: Even though you want to offer good quality information, you don’t want to give away too much. It is good to be a little mysterious and only offer enough information to grab the reader’s attention but have just that little bit of mystery that will make them want to visit your website to find out more.
By remembering these rules you will receive a lot of traffic to your website through your articles and your sales will increase dramatically. Article marketing truly is one of the most effective marketing methods so make sure you do it right to gain the maximum benefit from it.

I was extremely happy this morning when I turned on my laptop to find that I had sold my first website that I put up for auction. I definately didn’t expect it to be sold so quickly as it still had almost 6 days left on the auction, but the buyer purchased it with the ‘buy it now’ option, so I got the full price that I was asking.
