Yesterday I created a new blog called ‘Site Flipping Guru’ and I decided to do that so that I could have one blog specifically about my site flipping business, as this site and my other Internet Marketing site are about Internet Marketing in general and not just about site flipping.

If you were to visit my website today there isn’t a lot there to see at the moment, I only have about 4 posts on there so far but I plan to update it regularly giving a lot of tips and advice about site flipping.  Anyone that is interested in flipping sites should go and visit and even bookmark or subscribe to the RSS feed to be notified of upcoming blog posts.

My first post was about choosing a niche to build your site around for your site flipping business and I discuss a couple of methods that I use for choosing niches.  Todays post lists just some of the niches that I currently have sites for sale.

Next week I am going to add a ’sneak peak’ at my site flipping ebook Site Biz Academy, I will be giving away the first couple of chapters so that readers can get an idea of how the book is written and what is included.
