ALWAYS OFFER GOOD QUALITY SITES
Honestly, you’d be amazed at how bad some of the sites are that people try to flip - and then they wonder why they aren’t getting good prices for their sites - if they sell at all.
I know personally that if i wanted to purchase a website I would want one of good quality and certainly if there are a few sites to choose from being offered on the market, I am definately going to choose the better quality one over the poor quality sites.
From a buyers perspective, I guess they will have to weigh up whether they want to spend as little as possible and buy a poor site or whether they are willing to pay that little bit extra for good quality. In my experience as a site flipper I have found that there are many buyers out there that are willing to pay a bit extra for a good quality site.
If you search through completed listings on Ebay for websites you will see that there are a lot that just don’t sell. Then if you go in and look at the actual site they are offering you can see why they don’t sell. Many people have asked me if it is worth selling on Ebay as it looks like a lot of sites don’t sell - and that is true there are a lot that don’t sell. But I can tell you that it is very rare for one of my sites not to have sold, I have around a 90% success rate for my sites selling which is pretty good and the reason is that they are better quality than many that are out there.
So todays site flipping tip - always offer good quality sites - and you will already have an advantage over a lot of your competition.
