With my new blogs that I started specifically for testing out The Niche Blogger, I have been writing posts and scheduling them, this is so that I can get a heap scheduled and then I can take a break from writing posts and concentrate on other marketing for my blogs.

One thing that I have also been doing when the posts are published is to social bookmark them, using social bookmarking sites such as technorati, yahoo buzz, reddit, propellor, stumbleupon and others.  You don’t want to bookmark a tonne of posts all at once, just a few every couple of days seems to do the trick and I try to vay which sites I bookmark to each time also.

If you are constantly bookmarking the same site to the same social bookmarking site you may get your account deactivated.  Not all social bookmarking sites will do that but some do, so just be careful not to overdo the bookmarking.

The benefit of social bookmarking is that you can get traffic from those social bookmarking sites.  Some of these sites have quite high google rankings and so your post that has been bookmarked on that site may show up high in the search engine results.  I have found quite a few of my posts ranked quite highly on these bookmarking sites.

The other benefit to social bookmarking is that each time you bookmark a post you are adding a backlink to your site.  The more backlinks that your site has the better and over time you will be adding quite a lot of backlinks through this method.

I am currently working on 4 blogs using the strategies in The Niche Blogger and so far they are doing quite well.  I highly recommend giving The Niche Blogger a go as it does cover a lot of important areas that many people tend to leave out.
