What Kind Of Sites Sell Well For A Site Flipping Business?
If you are considering a site flipping business you may be wondering just what type of sites should you create to sell. Well, this is a difficult question to answer really as some people have had great success with flipping blogs, others with flipping sites made from PLR material. I myself have had a lot of success with Affiliate sites.
The reason that I like Affiliate sites is that they are quite easy to create and they are ready for the new owner to come in and start earning commissions straight away. Everyone is looking for a way to make money online and many do it as an affiliate of some sort so what better website for a person to buy than an affiliate website.
Our sites have multiple products set up on them so the new owner has a range of affiliate commissions coming in. I have found this type of site to sell very well for my site flipping business.
Site that promote one product can also sell well if it is a product that is owned by the new owner. In other words if you create a product and then set up a site to promote that product. You can do this with PLR products also but they wont sell as well as if you create a new product that will be unique to the buyer.
